History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Flogg was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mercenary. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
