History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. After coming to the age of reason, Ar-Kaius took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ar-Kaius fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
