History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Aelar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Aelar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
