Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Morgran was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Morgran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Felgrat was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Darrak hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: An older man who dresses like a well dressed Merchant does, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hadarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hadarai. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
