Description: A middle-aged man, he wears baggy black pantaloons and a tan scarf, and is pretty ugly. His cinnamon fur is heavily combed to the right. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Silent was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a green tunic with blue highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. His black hair is braided into rings. His eyes are white and catlike.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a white coat. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: Mehen hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly greatswords and tridents. He sports a flattop hair cut. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson pastel hat.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Alexandre took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
