Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Windy was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Windy was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: He was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
