His auburn hair is knotted and matted. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and expand his business

Description: He wears a white costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a greataxe on his belt, and he perpetually has his greataxe ready. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Seamstress for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
