History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Fabien abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Fulbar has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
