History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He has worked as a Locksmith like his mother before him.

His face is scarred and worn.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Reynard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Reynard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
