Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born in the east. When Miles reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
