Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
