History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Pelaios abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
