The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Tanner and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
