History: Uraim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'6" when asserting himself. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Fonkin will drive conversation. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Fonkin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

History: Latbag was born with his mother's beautiful face. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
