History: Pelt was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
