Gardain was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: Born to a Painter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Nuraval is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born into a rich family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Geoffrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
