History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Heskan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Heskan abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Description: An older man who wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Theobald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
