History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Description: This late middle aged man usually wears his pastel robe and has his scythe always slung over his shoulder and is in decent physical shape. His black fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His yellow eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Ethereal hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ghûra will drive conversation. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ghûra grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a Herbalist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A true patriot, Ortegar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When Ortegar reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
