Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Wiggens's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bounty Hunter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.
