Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Jeweler. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Servant arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Heian has worked very hard to control his curse. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
