History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to clean up the streets

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Paymon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
