Description: This slender man stands about 6'4". He wears a violet coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Seamstress who has hired him part-time. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Burgell was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Burgell's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
