History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vlorn embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Vlorn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
