Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, marred by sweets. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his broad pastel hat.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Farmer.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. His fur is black and curly. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Tree will drive conversation. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This late middle aged man wears dull black sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case and is in decent physical shape. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Uthemar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Uthemar. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to work out more often
