Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He carries a battered trident and tarnished greatsword as well. He keeps his dark red hair in a pixie cut. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pelaios isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Pelaios was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barrister. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He stands about 4'0" and does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears his white hair down. He has blue eyes and a blue hat with a black feather.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Conrad took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is unsatisfied with his job
