A freak accident while working with his Guard father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Crown-heir business.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Braak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Braak was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Crown-heir. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
