Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hupe is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hupe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Hunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Valorean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He became a Herbalist soon after.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears baggy white pantaloons and a yellow scarf. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Alvyn was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shepherd. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and gnomish compassion
