He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Naal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Adelard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Dyer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
