Description: He wears a black costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Bathin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Bathin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to be a mercenary again

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is light but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He hates Gnomes with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Eberdeb took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is greedy

Description: He wears bulky grey painted plate armor, and carries longbows. He wears a colorful flower in his brown hair. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Gifted from a young age, Arnold studied abroad. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arnold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate, and he perpetually has his rapier ready. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Aramil was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Aramil's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Aramil and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy dark red stubble. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scythe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has a hunchback. His dark red hair is smooth and relatively long. He has a dull look in his silver eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Marbas liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life
