Personality: He is fixated on the number 42. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a Courier, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in the north to a Interpreter, Berrian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Interpreter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Interpreter responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Arannis was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the west. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy
