His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but he was a colossal failure. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Architect for hire.
