Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and halfling compassion

Description: He wears just a black suit. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly longbows and kukris. His hair is purple and very short. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Map Maker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fabien embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Fabien was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

History: Born in the west to a Farmer, Senteq learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Farmer.
