History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Calcitro took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Nykkan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by brigands. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
