History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
