Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Watson was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Slave Trader, but he got bored and became a Carter. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
