He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kelter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He now mingles about in high society.
