History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Darrow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Ruler. Recently the stress of being a Ruler has made it difficult for him to sleep.
