Description: This man prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair is thinning but still full. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bricklayer responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy

Description: He wears a black costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His fur is cut close to his head. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Left-Handed was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a adventurer and was forced into it by his family

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a nunchaku on his belt. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arumawann's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is obsessed with his god.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arumawann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a white shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and white pants. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Gennal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gennal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and revenge

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bookbinder profession.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and expand his business
