Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

History: Burgell hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Burgell abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Painter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
