History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears pastel trousers with brown and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His white hair is long and unkept. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Varg does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Varg was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Varg's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: Gifted from a young age, Bernard studied abroad. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Alex has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.
