History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ploughman. After a long history of fighting, Purban and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is a great chef.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. After coming to the age of reason, Miles took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his religion dominates his actions

Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Barakas began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

He now mingles about in high society.
