Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Gardener but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Theriatis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Mugrunden learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Mugrunden was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mugrunden's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
