History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Balam reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is a great chef.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hobart has worked very hard to control his curse. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
