History: Oblar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bellfounder responsibilities is difficult.
