History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life
