Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Akmen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Akmen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Glim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Glim abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
