Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a black broad hat and black clothes. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Fonkin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Fonkin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to giants.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is red and very short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Ogg enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Ogg was born the youngest of three triplets. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He stands about 5'3" and wears skinny pants and wears a green and black robe with the hood down. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker green hat.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
