History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Burto was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
