History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Anselm liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His gold crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Shamash abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

History: He was born in a small plains village. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears bulky green painted plate armor. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His ears are large.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. He found a children's book about a Gnome Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
