History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Dyer father left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Gifted from a young age, Theodoric studied abroad. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A true patriot, Qualen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When Qualen reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
